Steps for Renting a Property

1. Determine the property type and size

2. Define your budget and establish which areas have rental properties that suit your budget

3. Carefully inspect a rental property

4. Complete a Tenancy Application Form after identifying the right property (Once you identify a property of your choice, please complete a Tenancy Application Form)

5.Pay a deposit to reserve the property  

  1. Provide your rental references, evidence of income and personal identification (ID) to the property manager for a background check
  2. Set a start date and determine the length of the Tenancy Agreement
  3. Sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement and lodge the bond directly with NSW Fair Trading through the Rental Bonds Online (RBO) service

Pay your rent in advance 

  1. Complete and sign the condition report
  2. Receive the keys and get ready to move in
